BEIJING—On Feb 8, just before the new semester, the Ministry of Education
(MOE) released its work plan for the year 2022.
In its work plan, the ministry stressed it will continue to push“double reduction”policy to lessen the unnecessary academic burden placed on students. Besides the workload amounts, schools are required to adjust the form and content of homework in accordance with the traits of different school stages and subjects, as well as the needs and abilities of students.Meanwhile,off-campus tutoring  will be further regulated. Regular inspections will be organized on national holidays and weekends, as well as during winter and summer vacations to make sure there are no off-campus tutoring activities featuring curriculum subjects. Violators(违规者)will face fine and even a ban from working in the education sector.
New changes are expected to occur in campus life all over China. The government will strengthen first aid education and mental health care in primary and middle schools. Meanwhile, arts and labor knowledge will be part of the high school entrance exams in provinces such as jiangsu, Hunan and Shandong.

语篇教学一般步骤:
学习理解类活动:
第一,围绕主题创设情景,铺垫语言,从而在相关语境中激活单词;
第二,概括、梳理、整合信息,这一步骤包括学生根据标题配图等对文章做出预测,快速浏览获取语篇大意,细度课文梳理更多细节性信息,最后加以整合,使之结构化。并在此过程中学习一些和语篇相关的语言表达方式。
应用实践类活动:
第一,实践与内化所获得的的语言知识与文化知识。学生依据所提炼的知识,运用所学语言表达,描述阐释语篇相关信息,内化所学。
第二,基于主题与内容进行分析预测,表达个人观点,如预测双减可能会对学校带来什么样的变化。
迁移创新类活动:
第一,分析评价语篇的意义与形式。学生讨论该说明文的内容,分析说明文的写作特点。
第二,在新的语境中开展想象与创造,运用所学分析解决问题。如,你认为学校具体应该如何落实双减政策?
